Silverback Training creating more challenging and fun workouts that will include more running and circuits so you will get not only stronger but improve your endurance as well as burn more calories to increase your metabolism and burn fat even at rest.  But if you have limitations or are a beginner or just like to take it a little slower, we will have modifications for you also so you won't miss out.
 

Outdoor Bootcamps

 

Silverback Training combines the principles of muscle confusion with aspects of strength and cardio based wokouts. These carefully designed workouts will challenge you, by constantly adding new exercises your body will be forced to respond. You will find it harder to plateau and become mentally bored.
 

It doesn’t matter if you are just getting started, or you want to reach an elite level. Ezra is the perfect coach to get you into the best shape of your life. Nobody should ever feel left out. ALL Fitness levels are welcome these bootcamps are designed for you to compete against YOU, he trains teenagers*, high school athletes, those just starting out, desk jockeys, up to the more seasoned fitness enthusiast.
